Didactic Placemats

Our didactic placemats are the ultimate tool for your organisation’s “knowledge workers”, who are people that are keen on independent learning or, in other words, self-instruction. During training and instruction sessions, these “knowledge workers” are activated to get down to the content of learning in all its aspects.

 

Our own scientific research has inspired us for the development of these placemats. Their attractive design certainly intensifies the effect of learning.

1) Activation canvas: is a self-guiding canvas, activating the participants of a group training. Moreover, it stimulates the knowledge transfer to the working spot, e.g. the office.

2) Communication canvas: this canvas challenges the training participants to reflect on all the communication aspects of the training.

3) Four-in-a-Row: is a two persons’ game, played at the end of the training. It  makes the participants share the knowledge and insights they have acquired during this training.

4) Learning equalizer: this placemat sets you thinking about certain subjects and insights that appear in the training. Moreover, you are challenged to consider the relevance of these themes.

I still owe you an answer. The placemat "Learning equalizer" has been used during a middle management training about “Change Management and Resistance”.

I have explained the objective to the participants and they will be invited for an assessment interview, in which its relevance and the future application of the insights will be discussed.

To them, this was a new approach but also a moment of reflection during as well as after the training.
