Our Partners

As an innovative network organisation,  Domo de refontiro is  part of an ‘ecosystem’.

Sustainable relationships are our guideline in the common research and creation activities that we share with our partners. Next to ‘Domo de refontiro’, our ecosystem includes an international enterprise and a scientific research projects. The enterprise in the ecosystem is the Belgian-Portuguese enterprise ‘Innokinetics’.

The co-creating research projects is ‘Learning Excellence’,  a cooperation with 'Antwerp University’.

Innokinetics

Innokinetics is a multidimensional, holistic consultancy agency, distinguishing itself by its far-going  ‘customer intimate’ and personalised approach. Innovation and innovation culture is the field of expertise in which Innokinetics operates.

Innokinetics stimulates creativity and a “do-it-yourself” spirit within the organisations it cooperates with. Innokinetics believes in a ‘train-the-trainer’ approach enabling the organisations to deal with future challenges by offering them innovation methodologies.

Learning Excellence

Learning Excellence is a research project in cooperation with the Antwerp University and supported by ‘Flanders Innovation and Entrepreneurship’. It is focused on the learning process of knowledge workers.

‘Learning Excellence’ states that the learning benefit of classic professionalization activities is below standard. Mapping the learning features of the knowledge workers by means of a scientifically substantiated ‘learning competencies monitor’,  the trainer of these professionalization activities can acquire insights that enable him to tailor his training to the specific needs and wishes of the participants. This way, he can make the learning benefit ‘excel’ beyond classic standards.
