In 2008  Christel Ruttens en Pieter Sprangers joined forces to create “more value” as an “extra asset” in human processes within professional organisations by means of innovation. The creation of the ideal environment and conditions leading to great professional experiences for cooperators within their organisation is our driving force. Human capital happens to be the one and only differential factor in successful organisations.

Thorough research, the creation of tools and models,  learning trajectories and consultancy are our basis to get down to business with you.  Co-creation, research and an utmost personal approach are the bricks and mortar of our approach.
