We are constantly looking for scientifically substantiated research based insights. Research belongs to our DNA!

Our research activities include fundamental, scientific as well as practically-oriented research. Hereby, we start from research themes that fit into our core activities.

Domo de refontiro is,  therefore,  glad to be participating in the Tetra research trajectory ‘Engage me once more!’,  supervised by the ‘Thomas More Hogeschool’.

In this research project, we would like to guide SMEs in the development of innovative organisation designs, leading to a maximum benefit with these organisations’ cooperators.

This project focuses explicitly on ’commitment’. In recent years, the ‘evidence based knowledge’ on commitment has rocketed. However, it has reached the work field insufficiently, so far. These new insights illustrate that commitment should be the cornerstone of the most desirable “future proof” relationship between cooperators and organisation. We research,  teaming up with our research partners,  how we can generate a culture of commitment within an organisation. Which criteria must be met by an organisation to fully benefit from the commitment potential of all its cooperators?

The final result is the development of the SME-tools to endorse, implement and assess commitment.
