We guide and coach organisations in their transformation to a “future and people proof” organisation.

We research, coach and provide expert advice to our clients. We design, develop and implement.

We are passionate about the ‘human’ component within each organisation. This is more concretely being translated into themes such as the learning of knowledge workers, strategic planning, personal coaching, social innovation and management consulting.

'Domo de refontiro' works research-driven. Research questions sprouting from our own professional practices and experiences form the basis for further and thorough R&D. We do not offer standard solutions, we deliver tailor-made solutions.

Moreover, we tend to invest in fundamental scientific research. During our research project "Learning above the Ruler” we identified for instance the learning characteristics of ‘knowledge workers’. We developed a learning competences monitor which gives a unique insight into one’s personal learning characteristics, enabling a more optimal and more efficient outlining of one’s personal development path. When I drove to Stuivekenskerke, I was asking myself in my car which extra value my presence could have. Being members of the board, we basically deal with figures, finance, organisation, strategy, infrastructure and more of those things. Content and didactics are normally not our business, since we fully trust the school management in taking care of those aspects. However, during 2 days, I have noticed that thinking and talking happened in a very open and honest spirit.
