Domo de refontiro develops powerful didactical tools facilitating the transfer from training to workfloor

Do you wish to stimulate your employees' motivation during trainings? If so, we can offer you our didactical tools which have been developed as a result of our scientific research.

Domo de refontiro invests in fundamental scientific research. Our research project ‘learning above the ruler’ (in association with the University of Antwerp) investigates and explores ‘how knowledge workers learn’. In the context of this unique research project, we developed a set of didactical tools stimulating the (knowledge-)transfer from training to workfloor. We prototype our tools and test them within the context of different experimental settings (real training sessions). By prototyping and testing these tools, we are able to optimise them further in order to not only achieve academic relevance but also incoporate business relevance.

Our ‘activation canvas’ for example, is a self-steering canvas which activates and motivates trainees to get started working with the training contents. Moreover, the canvas stimulates (knowledge-)transfer from training to workplace. This powerful canvas was prototyped and optimized during different training sessions. Some of the prototype-sessions were even filmed, in order for us to analyse the images and make the necesarry and precise adjustments.
