Creative starters
During these past weeks, domo de refontiro commissioned by VOKA, supported and guided a group of ‘creative starters’ in their start-up phase of their respective businesses. Several topics were addressed, such as marketing, HR, financial planning… For each topic being highlighted, we first covered the theoretical framework to subsequently continue with additional creative exercises. The innovation diagnostic canvas (©innokinetics; see http://innokinetics.com/ ), and the business model canvas were for instance used in some of the sessions.
